Cathy Cole’s clients benefit from over two decades of her experience buying and selling private residences and some of the region’s most spectacular farms and ranches. During that time, she has amassed a record of success that includes 16 Top Producer titles, and the South Central Texas Board of REALTORS® recognized Cathy as their first two-time “REALTOR® of the Year 1997 & 2005.” This year she was awarded the People’s Choice Award for Best Realtor and Heritage Texas Country Properties was awarded the same award for Best Real Estate Company. After living in Southern California, London, Italy, Africa, the Middle East and Houston, Cathy settled with her family in Brenham over thirty years ago. She understands the needs of clients who want to purchase a property on the other side of the Brazos River and those who are relocating to the other side of an ocean. Energetic and enterprising, Cathy provides personalized service for buyers and sellers and finds the right property for each client. Her job is only complete when the buyer or seller is satisfied. Cathy treasures each client, but she is especially proud of the dozens of individuals and families who have trusted her to manage their real estate transactions multiple times. Her dedication to the “country life” and work for clients buying and selling amazing rural properties earned her the honor of serving as Secretary of the Texas REALTORS® Land Institute, the most trusted, accomplished and highest performing land experts across the state. Cathy serves on the Realtors Land Institute’s Government Affairs Committee for the National Association of Realtors. She is also a founding member of the Texas Land Brokers Network, an organization dedicated to networking and education of land professionals. Cathy has also been on the Political Involvement Committees Board for the Texas Association of Realtors. Cathy says the best advice she ever received was to “be honest and love my work.”

Cathy’s own colleagues recognize and respect her dedication to both her personal and professional integrity, which was why she was asked to serve on the Texas Association of REALTORS®’ Professional Standards Committee. A dedicated mother and grandmother, Cathy believes that strong communities begin at home. Susan Schulenberg Kiel, Broker/Owner of Market Realty, Inc, With 15+ years working in real estate Susan enjoys helping others find their place in the country, the city or in between and devotes everything she has to representing her clients interests. Susan's love of the area, unique construction background, strong work ethic, and her devotion to her full-time career in real estate make her a true asset to anyone searching for OR selling a home and/or property in central Texas. She works tirelessly to help her clients and truly represent their needs. Susan was born and raised in the rural Burton area of Washington County on a small cattle ranch and is a graduate of Burton High School, Blinn College, and Texas A&M University. Susan grew up in the country and in the construction business with a contractor/father and spent many weekends and summers doing all kinds of work, from roofing to painting, fixing fence and feeding cattle. After college, she worked two years at UT- Austin then returned to Washington County and learned to build cabinets. For the next five years, she designed, built and installed custom cabinetry. She obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2006, and her Broker's license in 2010. Susan bought the company in January 2022 from Roger Chambers.

Linda Niehuus has been involved in real estate, in some form or fashion, since 1973, during which time she worked as a sales associate in the Memorial area. When living internationally, she put her agent skills on 'hold,' but continued to own and manage rental property. Now a long-time resident of Austin County, Linda specializes in country homes, farms, ranches and equestrian facilities. She enjoys listing and showing properties in Brenham, Bellville, Fayetteville, New Ulm and other the surrounding areas--working in a four-county area. "Real estate is what I know and love," she says. "It's often the most important investment a person makes and can become a wealth-builder, as well as a style of living." It's no surprise that Linda's diverse background and international experiences have proved advantageous to her career. "Everything I have ever done professionally has involved working with people, often from vastly different backgrounds, to help them define and meet their needs." "Moving from Paris, France to Nelsonville, Texas was quite a culture shock," says Linda. "We had to learn about ranching and raising animals. It was a real learning curve for several years, so I understand others who are in similar situations." Linda and her family owned and operated a 76 acre cow/calf and horse ranch named "HayWire Ranch" for 19 years, in addition to owning and managing investment properties in Houston, Austin and Bellville. When she's not working, Linda enjoys riding horses, gardening, scuba diving, and biking.
