Melissa was born into a 3rd generation of home builders who took pride in providing housing for local Galvestonians. With a passion for real estate and interior design, she earned her Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, received her real estate license in 2010 and also earned the Accredited Staging Professional designation. She has spent more than a decade on making dreams come true for families just like yours.

Joan Oelze is a top-producing broker associate and specializes in both primary residences and multi-family investment properties. She is a 21-year resident of the Heights and works primarily in the inner-loop and close-in neighborhoods of Houston. She has a special love and understanding of older homes and has the experience to guide customers through the purchase or sale of these specialized properties. She actively lists homes for sale AND represents buyers and has a strategic methodology to guide first-time buyers. About the older homes and neighborhoods, she says, "Transitioning urban neighborhoods can differ greatly from area to area, and even from block to block. If you are considering buying or selling an older home, make sure your agent has the experience to guide you through these very specific transactions. Of course, I hope it's ME, but if it's not, make sure the agent you pick has this kind of experience."

Kelly's passion is her clients. She was born and raised in Galveston, Texas and currently lives in League City and Tiki Island, Texas. After attending Texas A&M and graduating from University of Houston with a Marketing degree, Kelly worked in the Banking industry for many years. She then went on to attain her Mortgage Loan Originator License and her Real Estate License. She loves the relationship aspect of real estate and getting to know her clients. No two transactions are alike and that challenge is intriguing to her. She will be along side of her client every step of the way to make the buying or selling process enjoyable.

When Kelly is not working with her clients, she is enjoying her children and grandchildren. Kelly also enjoys working out, eating out and boating with her husband, John.

Kimberly Gaido was born and raised in Galveston and has a sincere passion for life on the Island. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where she held membership as a Pi Beta Phi and a scholarship to the tennis team for 4 years. Kimberly spent 20 years in the hospitality business perfecting her customer service skills. She also obtained a culinary arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America in New York where she learned how to entertain friends and family with culinary delights. For the past 15 years Kimberly has been involved in outside sales within the medical field. Her years in sales coupled with customer service have taught her that strong values, integrity and passion are the cornerstones to building trust and finding a customer the right home to fit their needs. Growing up around the water Kimberly has a particular love for fishing and hunting. Her children are her six English pointers and Labradors that keep her company in the duck blind and roaming the south Texas senderos. In the summer, if not in the office, you will find her playing golf at the Galveston Country Club or fishing the Galveston Bays.
