I've had my Texas Real Estate license since the early 1980's, selling, listing and "flipping" residential properties in Houston, Tx. Fast forward over 40 years and now I have become a Top Producer selling Farm and Ranch properties as a Realtor with Round Top Real Estate, in Round Top, Texas. After we realized how peaceful the country life can be, we purchased acreage in Washington County, Texas between the small towns of Burton and Round Top. My husband of 41 years, Don Blome (who is also a licensed Tx Realtor) and our three adult children and 5 grandchildren enjoy sharing our stunning sunsets, the dark country skies, various wildlife, roaming the acreage in our CanAm and fishing in our pond. Graduating with a BBA in finance from the University of Texas, Stephanie met her future husband, Bryan, on campus. Three daughters later, Stephanie decided to attend Texas A&M University and earn her certification as a Master Florist. For 15 years, she ran her wedding and event floral design company, Flora Bella Designs. Stephanie knows how important it is to listen to and understand her clients' wants and needs and to work diligently to achieve their goals. Customer satisfaction was the key to growing her successful floral design company, as you only get one chance to make a bride happy on her special day. Fulfilling a lifelong dream of moving to the country, Stephanie and Bryan purchased property and built a home in Round Top, Texas. This experience has given her a great education in land development, wildlife and the building process in the country. In her spare time, you will find Stephanie involved with her church, Bethlehem Lutheran, Porch Sisters Bible Study, The Round Top Family Library, The River Oaks Garden Club and The Junior League of Houston Sustainers Club. Pam Langford has all of the qualifications, talents and background needed to be the best possible Realtor. Over and above her past experience in accounting for an oil and gas company, Pam has spent the last two decades as the CEO of her household – that is, as a stay-at-home mom raising two now-grown children and developing invaluable skills that are assets for her clients – talents like organization, diplomacy, patience, commitment, negotiation and compromise.

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Pam moved to Plano, Texas in 1974 before settling in Houston in 1997. Having purchased and sold many homes, she knows from experience the ups and downs of the home selling/buying experience and believes that knowledge can be helpful to those relocating to Houston. “I would like prospective clients to know that I am on their side and will help guide them to their best decision,” says Pam.

About choosing a career in real estate, she adds, “I spent 21 years attending to the high calling of being a mom and wife, and instilling in my children that they can truly be whatever they desire. They are off to college with confidence and it was time for me to apply that same philosophy to myself, become a Realtor and help others achieve their goals.”

Pam and her husband, Tom, are residents of West University, which she believes is a very special place to live, but also love their weekend home in Round Top, Texas.

2024 marks Ruth Ann's 22nd year in the real estate profession. She is a seventh-generation Texan and fourth-generation Houstonian and began her real estate career at John Daugherty, Realtors and Greenwood King Properties in Houston. She has strong family ties to the Round Top area and grew up spending time with relatives in Fayette County. Ruth Ann and her husband, Stephen, decided Round Top would be the ideal place to raise their three daughters. With many years of experience in the high-paced Houston real estate market, she brought to Round Top Real Estate strategic negotiating skills, first-rate marketing ideas for property listings, and a drive to assist her clients in finding the perfect property. Over a period of 30 years, Linda worked in the oil and gas industry. She was an international oil trader for a major oil and gas company focusing on Latin America. She traveled extensively in Central and South America. Dealing with customers on a daily basis, she found that communication was the key to developing successful working relationships. Negotiating was always her strong suit, but also trust and mutual respect with her customers which attributed to her success and long term career.

Linda discovered that negotiating and trading large volumes of oil served as a perfect platform for a career in real estate. As a trader she dealt with multimillion dollar transactions which ties in beautifully to negotiating luxury properties.

A native Texan, she was born in the Panhandle. After graduating from Texas Tech University, she moved to Houston which had been home until her recent move to her farm in Round Top. She is proud to have called herself a Houstonian and still has strong ties to the city.

Linda is fully immersed in the Round Top Community. She serves on the board of Friends of Winedale as Vice President. This is an organization that supports the Winedale Historical Complex which is a division of The University of Texas Austin's Briscoe Center for American history. She is also a member of the fundraising committee for the Round Top Public Library and First Presbyterian Church of La Grange. She enjoys entertaining friends and family on her farm and when time allows, she enjoys traveling.

Emily Kahanek Shaw has lived in the Round Top and La Grange area her entire life. She is a native of Fayette County; her family roots go back generations. After college Emily married her high school sweetheart, Casey and they have 4 children. As a team, Casey and Emily operate CE Cattle Co. and their investment properties. Emily's knowledge of this area, the land, the history and the people is vast. Round Top Real Estate welcomed Sherry Lynn Krenek to their team in 2018. She brings a unique set of qualities. Having grown up in Colorado County, her family made their living off the land in rice farming and cattle ranching. Sherry first entered the real estate banking industry in the mid '80s where she worked in the Real Estate Lending Department and assisted in the loan application process. She later became a real estate agent and worked for a boutique firm in Houston.

Her love for homes continued to grow and she soon found herself owning her own interior decorating business. Not only can she help you find the perfect property but perhaps she could assist in future renovations.

In 2005, Sherry broadened her horizon by learning more about the land, not only the surface but one's investment below the surface. She has extensive experience in oil and gas title research, mapping, leasing and curating title and is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).

Sherry is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and the Texas Land Brokers Network (TLBN). In addition, she is a lifetime committeeman of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and has served on the Breeders Greeters and International Committee for over two decades.
